Prior to joining Full Circle Fiber Partners, Bill has held leadership roles in communication, fiber, and utility companies, working on both an in-house and contractor capacity. This gives Bill a unique perspective in our industry.

As COO, Miller provides leadership for the organization’s day-to-day operations while working closely with department heads and supervisors across the company’s portfolio of design, engineering, and construction subsidiaries.
