Amy Reininger, VP Human Resources, has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources experience including mergers & acquisitions, HR platform design/implementation, talent management, total rewards, employee & labor relations, DE&I, HRIS, and business process optimization across multiple industries including manufacturing, consumer products, energy, utility, and construction in both the public and private sectors. Amy is passionate about driving business results using a client-centric, solutions-based, data-driven HR approach. She is also passionate about creating inclusive employment cultures with highly engaged employees. Amy earned a Masters degree in Labor & Industrial Relations from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, a Bachelors degree in Psychology from Iowa State University, and a Collective Bargaining Certification from Cornell University.
