Full Circle Fiber Partners Names Rob Fuchs Vice President, Human Resources
Full Circle Fiber Partners, welcomed Rob Fuchs in the position of Vice President, Human Resources, in October 2023. In this role, Rob will spearhead the Company’s human resources strategy and operations, including talent acquisition, organizational development, diversity & inclusion, workforce planning, employee relations, safety oversight, as well as compensation and benefits.
Leveraging his passion and experience in building and sustaining highly effective teams, Mr. Fuchs is positioned to facilitate a culture of employee inclusion and development and is committed to helping the Company deliver results.
Prior to joining Full Circle Fiber, Mr. Fuchs worked as Chief Human Resources Officer in the medical device industry for more than 10 years. Rob also has an extensive history working in the telecommunications space, including time with industry-leading operators Dish Network and EchoStar. With a focus on attracting, retaining, and developing best-in-class talent, Rob has proven to be instrumental in building HR infrastructure to support extraordinary business and employee growth.

Mr. Fuchs holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Ithaca College in New York.
