Lance Allen was appointed Full Circle Fiber Partners’ Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in July 2024.

As EVP & CFO, Lance provides strategic leadership for the company’s business and finance functions. He brings a passion for building teams that partner with operations to increase value through strategy creation, operational execution, and financial management to the role.

With three decades of experience in finance, Lance’s professional experience includes senior finance and operations roles with a multi-billion dollar privately held company and several private equity-owned businesses. Additionally, he possesses extensive merger, acquisition, and systems integration experience.

Lance began his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche in their Financial Services Practice in Denver and London, UK. Before joining Full Circle Partners, he was part of the team that led the successful sale of Ross Aviation to Atlantic Aviation, creating the second largest Fixed Base Operator in the United States.

Lance graduated from UCLA with a B.A. in Business Economics. He resides in Columbine Valley, Colorado, with his wife, and they have four grown children.
